Worst pedicure experience ever, she almost cut into the skin next to my nail. On top of that, the salon handled the situation in a very unprofessional way.

I went based on my friend’s recommendation. She really liked everything. Before starting, they gave me a classic haircut and washed my hair. Then they started the haircut — it costs 200 pounds. Drying your hair costs 300. But the woman wanted to charge me 350. All my friends paid 500 in total. I don’t know why they wanted to charge me 550. I liked it too, but please don’t deceive people!

Nadet Salon – Nasr Branch
My overall experience at Nadet Salon was unfortunately disappointing, despite the kindness and efforts of the staff to accommodate me. There were several issues that negatively impacted my visit.
Firstly, I had to wait for 1.5 hours just to wash my hair, which had dye on it, because maintenance workers were in the salon fixing the AC during working hours. As a hijaabi, I had to wait in the back until they left, which was both uncomfortable and inconsiderate. It was a cold winter day, and this kind of maintenance should ideally be scheduled outside customer hours to ensure privacy and comfort.
Secondly, the dye application was not handled properly. There was dye all over my forehead and cheeks, which left noticeable stains even after washing. These marks lasted for almost a week and were quite embarrassing.
The facial service was particularly poor. After every product application, the staff would leave the room for 15 to 20 minutes, making the process painfully slow. The facial room itself was not well-maintained, and the cloth used to clean my face was rough, causing skin irritation.
Overall, my experience at Nadet Salon, Nasr branch, was not up to the mark, and I would not recommend it to others.

Went to this salon 2 times. First time was back in 2019, to straighten my hair and trim it. The staff who was trimming it chopped off my bangs and they had to call Doaa to fix it and she had to cut my hair really short to make it look better with the new bangs.
Second time was yesterday, only based on a friend’s advice that they are the only trusted place to offer Chi Enviro hair treatment. Called in the day before to book an appointment and check how long the session will take. Was advised to go by 11:30 and that it will take around 2 hours to finish. Based on that I booked another appointment at 5PM with enough time in between to make up for any delay.
Arriver there and they started to apply the treatment by 12PM. Left me under the dryer for 2 and a half hours. Then the staff who was supposed to lock in the treatment with the babyless “Amal”, started on my hair. I don’t know what was wrong with her that day but she kept leaving me to make calls or go rest in the office and onetime she left the salon completely and they had to call her to bring her back. During this whole circus I kept telling them that I have and appointment by 5 and if I’m late they will cancel it. Apparently no one there cared or felt the urgency to get another staff to finish the work. All the girls who didn’t have clients stayed in there seats and didn’t offer to help.
They only assured me I will finish by 4PM max.
But what actually happened it that she finished the babyless by 5:05 and I had ti run out of there without washing my hair or getting the haircut I paid for.
The funny thing is, I asked for Doaa to cut my hair, she said she will cut it in 5 minutes before I leave because she might not be there when I come back from my appointment that they made me late for.
Thankfully when I got back Doaa was still there, I showed her who I want my bangs to look. She cut my hair in exactly 2 minutes and told Magda to dry it. Didn’t ask if it was good didn’t stay long enough to see how it looks once dry or ask if I needed to change anything. Once my hair was dry I found my bangs choppy like I cut them myself and in no way like the picture I showed her.
My mom was with me and was very decently asking Magda to check a part of my hair that looks curly despite the treatment. And she basically shooed her away as if it’s non of her business.
The thing is when I called them for the booking I told her about my previous bad experience with them and told her my wedding is in less than a month and I need to make sure nothing goes wrong. And that way they treated me and my mom was nothing short of rude. And their services couldn’t even make up for their bad customer service, because their services was even worse.
And based on the whole experience, I wouldn’t trust their integrity that the treatment they applied on my hair is even Chi Enviro specially, since the Chi Enviro is not supposed to have formalin in it, and this one really hurt my eyes and throat like any other protein treatment, so they might might have duped it, and just make more money off of it.
I was supposed to go back next week for hair dye. But I would rather dye it myself than trusting these people with my hair ever again.
Very bad representation of a place that should make women feel welcomed and help them look better and feel more confident.

Waste of time and money, i went to do a lavender ombre and left with copper/red balayage, i must of have said ombre five times and even pointed to it in the menu, unfortunately i realized this half way and she couldn’t go back in the balayage and kept speaking in a rude condescending manner , but then even the color is wrong 🤦♀️.
And in the end they changed the price we agreed on!
