I took my phone to be repaired (screen + back + camera lens). We agreed on a price, and he said it would be ready in three hours. After three hours, he said, “Sorry, just half an hour more, the screen got air in, we need to put it back in the device.” After half an hour, he said, “We couldn’t find a lens for the camera.” After a fight, miraculously, he sent someone to get the missing lens. The problem is, the mechanic, Fathi, didn’t understand why I was yelling and kept telling me that 80% of the work was done.
A waste of time and effort, and hopefully, the repair will be good. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
