They scheduled a time to come clean the house, but kept pushing the appointment later and later throughout the day. I ended up wasting my entire day waiting for them with very little communication or responsiveness. If a company commits to a time, they should be able to keep their word or at least communicate properly and respect their customers’ time. Very disappointing experience, and now I have to start over and look for another company.
