I ordered from talabat, they were not busy on the app, they literally took 1.5 hours to deliver, the things were cold, missing forks, spoons or straws.
And when i refused to receive the order, and i called talabt to refund me, the courier called me in 25 minutes and told me the restaurant makes them pay half of the order price if the client didn’t receive the order.
Very awful experience.
Would not recommend or buy from there again.
