Nasr city, park view branch
They handed half the order to my driver and forgot the other half and didn’t hand out the receipt. 15 mins later the shift manager called to send the driver back after they realized their mistake and he didn’t offer any help whatsoever to compensate.
The Feteera arrived cold and inedible and one of the additions was wrong.
This is not the first issue with this branch. They always make mistakes like this. The last one was a few months back.
Customer service doesn’t resolve anything effectively, but rather just keep apologizing.
The tables were dirty and left so for a long time. we ordered and ate our food and still no one of the staff bothered to go outside to clean any of the tables after the previous customers left . The staff are hanging out and just chit-chat .
Also, the Feteer is horrible and poor with the filling. just a waste of money.
We ordered half a dozen of their feteer.
Sausage and cheese, chicken ranch, chicken bbq, mix cheese with kiri and without kiri, fries, mango and orange juice.
Went there at 4:30 to find a table , luckily we managed to because there is no reservation “first come, first served “.
Seatings were friendly a lil bit crowded but still nice vibes fresh air, lights, scenery due the park greenery.
Cats are everywhere if you’re not a cat lover or you have phobia that’s not your place to eat.
Food taste was delicious and it took around 1h to pick it, portion was enough.
BUTT
we had stomach pains after 3h from eating, that was common complaint between our group ( group of 6) noted that i didn’t eat nearly quarter of my order i took two bites of both feter.
As someone who’s not typically into feter, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Dina Farms. The cleanliness, open kitchen concept, and cozy rooftop atmosphere made for a delightful visit. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d recommend it to others
