I normally buy coffee from second cup but this was my first time to try food. The salad seemed not fresh, mozzarella sticky from bad storage and when I asked the lady about the production date, she insisted it’s fresh and packed the same day but all the labels where removed intentionally from the packages.
By end of day, I got food poisoning and this was the only thing I ate the whole day.
Staff are not welcoming at all as other people mentioned.

I had the worst experience so far in second cup rafale branch, although I have been a regular customer at second cup branches for years.
I gently asked them
to check on the oat milk taste and expiry before they make the drink with it, (because I had the same problem 3 times before, without even complaining).
And wait what, the oat milk was (حمضان)
even after I notified them..
They called the manager 20 minutes ago, and she promised to change the order (which is not ok, if you are previously notified to check on the products..)
And then I came back asking about my order, they asked each other, which order? What was your order?
The staff (shift manager) this young man is not professional at all with an attitude to take everything personal and try to teach the customer the lesson instead of contain the situation.
I was coming to have a break with my favorite drink, but it ended up with writing this review.

I really love Second Cup, but I would never visit this branch again. The staff’s attitude was very rude and unprofessional, especially one of the male employees. His behavior was unpleasant and disrespectful, which made me and my friends leave the place.
