The place is very nice and pretty, I liked the outdoor area and they also allow pets and provide games if you want to play with your friends! The iced Spanish latte was okay and can improve more but the tiramisu was very good I totally recommend it!! The staff were also super friendly
We ordered three drinks and a dessert.
The first was a salted carmel frappe and it was alright but the taste of salted carmel wasn’t present at all actually. We also tried white mocha frappe and it was sweeter than the carmel frappe but it tastes like the same thing. We also ordered ice spanish matcha but the matcha taste wasn’t present at all and it tasted like milk and condensed milk only. As for the dessert it tasted alright but obviously wasn’t fresh and my friends didn’t like it but i found it alright yet, overpriced for this quality.
Another thing the cashier didnt ask us for sizes so we all ended up paying for a large.
A hint for the prices the large salted carmel frappe was 190 and so was the dessert.
There isnt a parking spot but i guess you could try to figure it.
As for the atmosphere it was alright, theres also some games available at the counter that you could use and the seatings were nice.
Overall meh experience definitely wouldn’t go for the food, but the atmosphere was chill.
Well it’s a nice speciality coffee shop in Heliopolis with a cool name.
Pros 👍🏻: nice decoration and style especially the mosaic floor – free WiFi is available – nicely designed menu with a wide range of items – tasty coffee is offered and could be provided in nice ceramic cups- both cash & visa payment is available based on your preference – modest prices – variety of seating areas indoors and outdoors.
Cons👎🏻: processing in the cashier area is obviously slow , it needs to be faster – due to help yourself service within the place (no waiters) , it’s not easy to go back & forth from pick area taking your order to the outdoor seating area – seats aren’t comfortable as their back is rigid wood 🪵
All in all, I’d recommend this place to everyone.
I went with my family to Nest Specialty Coffee for the first time and found it a lovely and very cozy spot in Heliopolis. The décor is modern and trendy with beautiful attention to detail. I also loved the outdoor seating especially the upper floor but the also have ground floor, it’s perfect whether you want a relaxed coffee or to sit and work while enjoying the view and fresh air.
The latte was really tasty, smooth, and well-balanced, and the marble cake was delicious, fresh, and the perfect match with coffee.
Big thanks to the amazing team: Mohamed, Noura, and Miaad. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and active, which made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommended for great coffee, a comfortable atmosphere, and excellent service. ☕✨
The interior is unbelievably beautiful.. it truly has a lot of “Nest” elements with the lighting and the cozy atmosphere not to mention the birds obv. As for the desserts ? Honestly? They taste good albeit sweeter that my liking but with their prices? They are good . It’s an “order your things and pick them to to ur seating spot”kind of place which isn’t bad considering you don’t pay service and only VAT. There are also card games to keep the entertainment going. As for the drinks ? Their Nest frappes? 10/10 .. orange coffee? 9/10 .. Ice banana coffee ? 8/10 needs more syrup and a more “banana milk” sort of flavor but the peanut butter was a nice touch … Dolce de leche coffee frappe ? 7/10 the syrup had an artificial after taste (which we tasted too in the salted caramel latte) but still a good overall experience. I would totally recommend. Definitely not my last visit although I have to admit the music was kind of annoying considering how none of the songs are past 2017😅
Ps:smthn that kinda rubbed me the wrong way though .. we asked for a usb-c charger since unfortunately I forgot my power-bank which I barely ever do but the baristas said they were charging the card machine (in the morning) and by night when I asked for it again they said they didn’t have any and ended up with a dead phone for hours 😅 usually when this ever happens with me the service is more helpful and usually offer to charge the phone so saying they don’t have any usb-c chargers in 2025 felt a bit rude ngl and after seeing other comments I think it’s a staff thingy and they just rnt helpful at all
