Customer service is terrible. When you call them to insure something, they say they’ll contact you, but no one ever does. Instead, they give your number to brokerage firms to contact you.

I purchased travel insurance, but the embassy did not accept the company’s insurance. When I requested a refund, they started stalling, and it took a month for me to receive it.

I had a contract with the company for my car insurance and wanted to renew it. I called the company to find out the renewal details, but unfortunately, the representative spoke to me as if I were begging him for money, forgetting that I and every other customer earn a percentage of the contract. I advise everyone not to deal with representatives like this, and I also advise the company itself against this due to its poor employee selection. Thank you.
