The worst health insurance company in Egypt. Don’t waste your time and money. Zero customer support, they don’t pay anything and they never answer the phone. Literally never!!!

This company is disgusting, and they don’t even respond, as if we’re begging them for help. I’m supposed to be paying for the service out of my salary, and they’re just taking what’s rightfully theirs with absolutely no concern or respect.
