Very bad , totally unprofessional. Sudden cancelation for our booking with no clear refund policy . I don’t recommend at all for anyone who wants a smooth and trusted process of rent a vacation summer house. They didn’t even cancel the booking on Airbnb . But canceled it through a message !!!!!
Update : xuru stays continue thr series of lying by claiming they provided alternatives. I have screenshots of chatting with their representatives that there is no alternative as all the units are sold out.
And moreover they didn’t cancel the booking on Airbnb in order not to pay back my money. And I have documented their chats and emails . Pics attached

I had the most amazing birthday stay at this apartment! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and well organized. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It felt cozy yet elevated…the perfect setting for a special celebration.
One of the absolute highlights was the jacuzzi. It truly made the entire experience feel extra special and luxurious. Being able to relax and unwind in the jacuzzi during my birthday weekend added such a memorable touch. It elevated the atmosphere and made the stay feel like a private retreat.
The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything was comfortable for us. You can tell there’s real care put into the guest experience.
I’m so grateful for the memories made here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and special stay. I would absolutely book again!

I had a very pleasant stay with Xuru Stays. From the moment of booking until checkout, the team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Communication was clear, and they followed up to make sure everything was in order during my stay.
The apartment was well located, comfortable, and exactly as described. Any questions or minor issues were handled quickly, and the team showed real care for guest comfort and satisfaction. I appreciated their transparency regarding house rules and check-in/check-out procedures, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Awful company.
I booked a stay with this company in one of their apartments in El Gouna via airbnb and the whole living room was leaking and had damp. Not to mention one of the leaks was around the light socket, which could have been incredibly unsafe if caught a light (see pictures).
I was very patient and tolerant of the situation, and kindly told the company about the issue because if this was my apartment, I would want the same. They were thankful. But then when I requested a refund of 50% and mentioned that they should not be renting out the apartment, they kept replying we will discuss with our team after every time I messaged asking for an update on a refund.
