It’s in a great central location in Sheikh Zayed. The apartments are modern, stylish, and beautifully designed inside. The service is excellent, and Ali and Ayman were incredibly welcoming and provided outstanding hospitality throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place.

It was amazing. I enjoyed staying there. I booked the 1 bedroom apartment & I love everything there. The rooms are clean and the kitchen utensils are clean & new. Also the cooking gas is also fast. The staffs are helpful & very kind.

The reviews are correct. And beside the cleanliness and very new appliances in the rooms , they also have very helpful and professional staff. To start with, they responded to my emails before my arrival about my arrival time after midnight. The have a 24 hour open reception with 2 personnel. (When you arrive you should ring the door bell to call reception as the gate will be closed, and the reception door is down the ladders from the right side, at level 0 of the building)Then after I arrived, they made all the effort to help me communicate issues with the taxi driver at my arrival, this includes going to the atm, exchanging money etc. I was so much relieved having this support. Really appreciate. Mr Omar and Mr Shawky in the reception. Very kind and amazingly helpful solving problems with practical solutions.
Since there are all appliences in the room, you may bring food and prepare your own dinner. Or order from outside. Reception provides you with some options to order from outside

The room was very spacious and clean, almost like an American extended-stay setup. It had a full kitchen with utensils.
CLEANLINESS
Clean and well maintained.
PRICE/VALUE for MONEY
Prices were affordable, and for the size and amenities of the room, the value was very good.
FEES/HIDDEN COSTS
None at all. No tricks, no surprise charges.
SERVICE AND ATTITUDE
Exceptional. The hotel staff member handled a taxi scammer on our behalf, found a middle solution, then even went to exchange money for us at an ATM and brought it back with receipts. Very honest and kind people. After dealing with predatory taxi drivers upon arrival, their help was a complete mindset reset.
LOCATION
Residential area, easy enough to find even though the sign is small.
OTHER NOTES
Wi-Fi is available in every room through QR code login. The speed wasn’t great but usable.
OVERALL IMPRESSION
A reliable, comfortable, genuinely honest place. Definitely somewhere you can come back to without hesitation.
