I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel 6th of October, and I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Amr Zein and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.
From check-in to departure, every team member was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. The warm atmosphere, attention to detail, and excellent service made my stay both comfortable and memorable.
Special thanks to Mr. Amr Zein for his leadership and dedication, which were clearly reflected in the high standards maintained throughout the hotel. It is always a pleasure to stay at a property where guests feel valued and cared for.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here, and the breakfast experience was a major highlight of our trip. A huge thank you to our server, Mostafa, who went completely above and beyond for our family. He was incredibly helpful and attentive every single morning. What truly stood out was how warmly he interacted with our baby, taking the time to play with them and make them smile. He was also extremely thoughtful, ensuring we had plenty of extra food for our baby. Mostafa and the entire breakfast team provided outstanding, genuine hospitality that made traveling as a family so much easier and more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and its fantastic staff!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with fresh linens and spotless surfaces. What impressed me the most was the bathroom: it was immaculate, modern, and clearly cleaned to a very high standard. Everything looked fresh and hygienic, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The attention to cleanliness really stood out and contributed greatly to the overall experience. I booked this hotel for me and my dad and I have nothing to complain about. The staff and service is unbelievable good. Mustafa at the hotel restaurant always helped us and make sure we had everything we needed. Mustafa is very service minded and professional.
The hotel is in a quiet area which is nice and safe with guards at the gate. The room is also very clean. Overall we are very happy with our stay. Thank you!
