Nice place, eat breakfast, but avoid “restaurant” for dinner. They didn’t cook it there for us – we spent 1.5 hours to find out they were ordering outside takeout food and bringing it.

We went to the rooftop restaurant for lunch with view , but they totally ruined it.We been told that the food will be ready in about 40 min (the place was empty, we the only customes), but we waited only for the drinks about 30 min. Then we kept waiting for another hour and still no food (our 4 years old was crying hungry). We decided to leave and we met adelivery guy with bags with our food, so we didn’t want bagged food.Then all the managers was waiting for us on the lift , arguing with us that is not a big deal waiting for 2 hours and the food is from their kitchen not ordered. We finally was forced to get the bag with the food.

⛔️ A total SCAM. The photos you see of reception and the rooms are FAKE. ⛔️
We just came from staying there 2 nights last week.First night we arrived the check in experience was slow and showed plenty of red flags.
I booked the room 2-3 months in advance and was promised a great room with balcony…upon arrival we were told the hotel was fully booked and then shoved into a room which was a work in progress with cables hanging out of the walls, filthy floors and no balcony (which is what we paid for). The windows were super thin and all we could hear was traffic and beeping cars all through to the morning as well as the annoying lift music. Everything I discussed beforehand with the hotel manager (except for the tour) was a shambles.
The guys running this place pretended to be helpful and give us a better room but disappeared after the first night and didn’t do anything. They had no clue what was going on and there was around 8 men loitering who seemed to be staff and had no idea how to run a “hotel”.
We were taken to the rooftop and expected to be happy because they had a view of the pyramids…We arrived late and decided to have dinner at the hotel which was another mistake because it arrived after one hour of waiting, the food arrived cold, and they overcharged us.
An awful experience and best to avoid. Also they somehow hacked my booking.com account and rated themselves 10/10.

⚠️ Warning: Total Scam! ⚠️
This rooftop restaurant completely ruined our experience. Yes, the view of the pyramids is nice, and we don’t mind paying a (compulsory) service charge — but they trick you by charging more than the prices listed on the menu. They claim it’s some “extra tax” added on each food item, which basically doubled our bill.
On top of that, the service was painfully slow and the food arrived cold. We paid in USD and were supposed to get $10 change, but the staff (and even the hotel reception) refused to give us change, saying they “don’t have US dollars.”
We felt completely scammed, disrespected, and humiliated. This place is a total rip-off.

I had a really nice stay at King Pyramid. The staff were so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with whatever I needed.
For the price, I was honestly surprised at how much I got beautiful design, super comfortable rooms, and a real touch of luxury. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness made the whole experience even more relaxing.
If you’re booking a room, I highly recommend going for the King Bed it’s three times the size of a regular bed, and you’ll sleep like a king!
