The staff was friendly and welcoming. Went out of their way to make sure I was safe as a solo traveler. Undeniably, best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. And the view well eating breakfast was amazing.

do not recommend staying at this hotel.

At first, everything seemed very friendly, but my experience turned out to be extremely distressing. During my stay, money went missing from my personal belongings, and I am convinced it happened within the hotel.

I had explicitly requested that no one enter my room, yet it appears that housekeeping still accessed it. After this, I noticed that my money was missing, which is very concerning.

What made the situation worse was how it was handled. I did not feel that the issue was taken seriously, and there was a lack of support and accountability from the hotel.

This experience made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious with their belongings if they choose to stay here.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. During my stay, a large amount of money was stolen from inside my backpack. The cash was hidden in a deeply concealed place, which means someone deliberately and thoroughly went through my personal belongings.
This is not a minor issue — it is a serious violation of privacy and a complete failure of security. I felt absolutely unsafe and betrayed. The fact that this could happen inside a hotel is outrageous.
I strongly warn other travelers: do not trust this place with your belongings. I expect the management to take responsibility and investigate this incident immediately.

The hotel is located at the top of a block and once on the roof it is the tallest building around with direct views of the pyramids.

Whilst the view is stunning what made the experience is the staff. This is a family run hotel and all were welcoming, helpful and polite, with excellent recommendations of things to do (at competitive prices and were not hard selling). The breakfast was filling and tasty and the room was clean. Pick up from the airport was seemless (even though our flight was delayed). Thanks for a great experience in Egypt.
