I have stayed here three times already, and each time I have been looked after with the utmost care and kindness. The rooms are cozy, clean, and tastefully furnished. The staff are professional, always friendly, and ready at any time to fulfill all your wishes.
A big bonus is the beautiful garden behind the house, where you can relax by the pool and enjoy fresh fruit straight from the trees.
The location is absolutely unique and safe. In the surrounding area, you will find luxury villas, excellent restaurants, cafés, and several shopping centers.
For me, Boulevard Palace truly feels like home, a place I will always be happy to return to. I wish for everyone that this place leaves a mark on your heart, just as it has on mine.

This Stay Was a Total Betrayal of Trust
My experience here was a complete and utter letdown. From the very beginning, it felt like we were being set up. The first red flag was the unexplained demand for extra money upon arrival, a fee that was never mentioned when we booked. This was a clear act of dishonesty that started the whole experience on a sour note.
The second we stepped into the room, it was obvious the place was a mess. It was filthy, unsanitary, and clearly not cleaned for our arrival. It’s truly shocking that they would even consider renting out a room in that condition.
But the worst part was the feeling of being completely unsafe. The lack of security and general sketchiness of the place made it impossible to relax. The entire time, I was on edge and worried.
To make matters worse, the staff were unbelievably rude when we tried to address any of these issues. They showed no empathy and were completely unwilling to help.
In short, this place is not only deceitful and dirty, but it’s also genuinely unsafe. I strongly recommend you save yourself the terrible experience and book somewhere else.

⚠️ Scam Alert – Worst Experience Ever! ⚠️
This place is a disaster from the moment you arrive. The management is rude, unprofessional, and treats guests with zero respect. They will try to take your money in any way possible, adding hidden charges and making excuses to get more out of you.
The rooms and facilities are dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures online. I felt completely uncomfortable and unsafe the entire time. There is no hospitality, no cleanliness, and no honesty.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay far away from this place. It’s nothing but a scam.
