We loved our stay here, we paid for a standard room and we were upgraded to a room with pyramids view, everyone was really kind and helpful even the reception guy spoke Spanish and he was very friendly, the breakfast is good but enjoying it with the pyramids view is stunning, I would definitely recommend this place.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, as it is directly in front of the Pyramids. Other than that, everything was very bad. The service is poor, the hotel is extremely dirty, and there is no proper cleanliness at all. The price was changed after we arrived, which is very unprofessional. We were also given a different room than the one we booked, and then they changed our room again the next day. The restaurant is not clean at all, and honestly it can’t even be considered a real restaurant like in other hotels. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Amazing view, good tours with Ahmed
The view from the room was amazing. Room for this price is ok. Breakfast is good. Also on the roof you can drink the tea or coffee at any time. We took the tours from hotel and it was really good, theres guide Ahmed english, spanish, italian speaker. Very fun guy and the tours isnt boring. I reccomend to stay in the hotel and take the tours from hotel.

We got a warm welcome from the owner. We got check-in early. The view from the room was very nice. There is an A/C , hot water, TV, refrigerator. The room was so clean, breakfast was delicious with a nice view. You can see the sunset from the rooftop restaurant. The location is good near the supermarket and local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very respectful and friendly. Our stay included airport pickup and the driver was puntual, and polite.
The communication with the owner was good since before we arrived, I felt very safe overall in this hotel. The person at the lobby was also very friendly.
We enjoyed a lovely New Year dinner here 🙂
Also, we booked the balcony with Pyramids View and it was great!
