The worst hotel experience i have ever had!!
In the beginning, we emailed them and they confirm that the check in will be at 00:00 AM and they said that there will be without additional cost! Then they are liars and told us that they do not have this option !!!
Secondly, the bathroom is so dirty from the beginning ! I asked them to clean it twice and more but they did not do anything regarding this.
The breakfast is not a good breakfast
The staff are so helpless.
Really if you want to ruin your journey ,, book this hotel !

Inexpensive and very basic. Location is in the residential house, very hard to find. No restaurants nearby except their own. But views from balcony are incredible.
Be aware that even though this hotel is directly across the street from the Grand museum, it is not possible to walk over there. In fact, taxi ride will take 15 minutes or more because it must navigate tight and busy streets. Plus add wait time for taxi and it could easily take near an hour to get to the museum. Getting to the pyramids entrance is even more complicated. And when at the entrance be careful not to get scammed by fake “ticket checkers” who like to look important and check your tickets only to claim that you a) bought wrong ticket, or b) got a “free” camel ride. Free camel ride will cost you a lot.

One of the most beautiful places, despite the simplicity in it, but the staff helps in everything, and breakfast and the hotel were great

Excellent stay. The room was amazing, very comfortable and fully equipped, and the bathroom was also great. The balcony with a direct view of the pyramids is absolutely the highlight — waking up to that view is unforgettable.
I truly regret not staying longer. Besim was incredibly kind and helpful: he welcomed me with an late check-in, and helped me with an early morning check-out, and kept my luggage while I explored Giza. When I came back, he was waiting for me with tea on the rooftop, which has spectacular views of the GEM and the pyramids.
Very well located, highly recommended. Besim was always attentive and responsive to my messages. I can’t wait to come back.

The worst hotel I have ever been to! Not safe! Very dirty! And nothing like the pictures! Do not recommend staying here!
This was a very bad experience.
I cannot understand how this hotel has such good reviews, I presume they must be fake.
To begin with the rooms do not look anything like the photos, the photos are from somewhere else – only the terrace is the same.
It is not easy to find the hotel, Google Maps has the wrong location.
When you finally arrive, the building is in pretty terrible condition, but this is fairly expected for a Cairo hotel in this price range.
What is not expected is that the rooms from the photos do not exist, instead you get what you see in the pictures I have attached.
The rooms are also very dirty. Dirty beds, dirty floor, dirty walls, mouldy and dirty bathroom. It was honestly filthy.
We asked to change room, and were given a room microscopically less dirty.
I was traveling with a large male companion, but would have been terrified as a lone female or traveling with only girls – there were weird noises and banging from the hallway during the night.
The only positive factor was that the staff were reasonably friendly.
If the low standards doesn’t bother you, you can find something much cheaper on this site, that will probably be cleaner.
At this place, you are simply paying a bit extra for a place with fake photos.
