Such a great hostel! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff and the management team were incredibly kind and helpful. There is also a restaurant right inside the facility, and the staff there serve up truly delicious food. The absolute best part, though, has to be the view, you get a beautiful panoramic view of the Pyramids right from the property. Exceptional service and an amazing location.

This is my new favorite stay in Egypt! The rooms are very nice and clean! We had the best view of the pyramids! Some nights there were even fireworks to watch! The restaurant on the roof is super calm and relaxing again with an amazing view of the pyramids! They cook the best Egyptian food I’ve ever had! Definitely staying here again!

I had an excellent experience during my 6‑day stay. The service was outstanding, and everything was handled with great professionalism. The reception team was welcoming and supportive, making the whole process smooth and comfortable.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Salma for her exceptional care and dedication. Her kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference and left a very positive impression.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for its high‑quality service and excellent staff.

From good : Good location, near to Egyptian museum, very quite area, very nice terrace with pyramids view
From bad : Its was very terrible experience because of staff ! Not professional and have no idea how to respect guests ! I dont talk about all ,but some of them.
Last day i was asking girl on the reception (evening shift) to extend my stay for one night, i just wanted to pay ,i saw on booking place is available. She was thinking long time and after give me price around 1000 pounds, i told her what is it? I paid before similar amount for 2 nights and she converted from dollars to egp pounds i dont know why , okay when I booked on booking you need to do it ,but when I just come to pay without reservation on booking why she do it i dont know. After she changed price and I give her money to pay and she asked me “what should i do now? ” ,i told her ” maybe you can give me change ?” , she asked “now”? , what a stupid questions , you reception you asking me what you need to do?! Very not professional, i just took money and left and decided to leave on the next day. 12 am after few hours after our conversation she is calling me to the room 2 times , like why are you calling me at the night time?? She told me “i want to tell you that you need to check out tomorrow” , okay i will do ,of course , i dont like to stay here anymore, but she wanted to tell me 12 am this information and if I don’t answer she will call and call again. Imagine. And there available places ,so if I want i can make a reservation on booking, not you will decide when I need to check out. So ,of course, i left in the morning.
Bed sheet and tower were dirty on arrival, later they changed , elevator didn’t worked on first day ,wifi terrible , first day only cold water , after they fixed everything, but on last day toilet didn’t worked too. They gived me room not which I booked , they gived me another private room but with 3 beds ,not one. They are fully booked but always available on the booking. Strange.
Around the hotel a lot of angry dogs,so its not easy to walk during the day , specially at the night time.
There some good people are working but also have bad.

PLACE/ROOM (8/10)
The hotel is very close to the Giza pyramids and the Grand Museum. The neighborhood itself is nothing special, but if you arrive by car, staff help you right at the entrance. It occupies the top two or three floors of a tall apartment building. Rooms were clean and organized, and the manager gave us a pyramid view room, which was a great touch.
CLEANLINESS (8/10)
Rooms were clean and well kept. No issues worth mentioning.
PRICE/VALUE FOR MONEY (10/10)
Incredibly good value. We booked during a promotion and paid around 20 dollars per night. For this location and experience, it is a steal.
FEES/HIDDEN COSTS (10/10)
None. Everything was transparent.
SERVICE AND ATTITUDE (10/10)
This is where the place really shines. All staff were genuinely kind and helpful. After a short time, it feels less like a hotel and more like staying with friends. I do not trust taxis in Egypt, so I asked them to arrange one and it was perfect. They help with many things without pushing or upselling.
LOCATION (9/10)
Extremely close to the pyramids and the Grand Museum. Easy access by car.
OTHER NOTES (9/10)
The terrace is a highlight. You can drink tea with the pyramids right behind you. There is a small cafe with various drinks, and they offered free drinks on the first day. Dinner is available if you want to eat there. They serve whatever is on the menu that day, and the food is good and cheap. I had biryani and liked it.
OVERALL IMPRESSION
Excellent value, great people, and an unforgettable pyramid view. If I come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again. Chance of returning: 95%.
