Hotel confirmed before our flight that they will pick us up, and nobody showed up. They also didnt answer the phone anymore. We took taxi from airport, and driver couldnt find the hotel, and again we tried calling for directions, but no answer. Taxi spent 1h 45min to try finding the hotel. Also second day we couldnt shower anymore because of no water. We booked hotel for 4 nights, but after two nights we changed to other hotel.
Also tour guide from hotel was trying to sell pyramid tour for 230$ for two people ( not including lunch or water bottle) when normal price from other providers is 140$ including also lunch and water.
Hotel is located on very small street, and you cant easily see the hotel.

The entire stay was very pleasant. The rooms were new and clean. The view of the pyramids from the roof as well as from our room is just amazing. The staff was very polite and outgoing, thanks again to Jopa, he was the best. Honestly, for the price it couldnt have been better.

Everything was so amazing. The room had the most stunning view of all three pyramids, Rooftop had a completely panoramic view of pyramids and the Grand Museum. Me and my husband had never met people so friendly so smiley helpful about everything. All the stuff after 6days staying there felt like family, they even gave us presents the night before our departure. For whoever need to experience the real Egypt with its unique people you need to go to this hotel. Distance from city center is just 3euros by uber and its the best choice we could ever had done for our staying in Cairo.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Here are the highlights of my experience:
• Unbeatable Location: The hotel is perfectly situated right by the Grand Egyptian Museum. It is easily the best location for sightseeing, with everything you need right on the street.
• Ultimate Comfort: The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring.
• Top-Tier Service: The staff and service were excellent. Everyone was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
• Convenience: Having all the necessary facilities and shops right outside on the street made the stay very easy and stress-free.
I would definitely stay here again!

Any hotel at all would be better than this.
Moving chairs and tables in the middle of the night and neighors blasting loud music.
Water dissapears.
Had to argue for 3 days to get wifi.
Breakfast is just scraps.
When we came to pay for the hotel they changed the price and we got upgraded to a bigger room against our will and knowledge.
Been here twice already.
First time, when the boss was here, it was amazing, but they changed the workers and everything went downhill.
Planning to come to egypt again next year, but definitely not staying here.
