I found the hotel to be modern and they are relatively new so things are still in Construction but it is a nice room with a good view at breakfast. My favourite person was the Young concierge boy who was very helpful.

The hotel is being renovated, without mentioning this.
Main work is done in the hallway and on the stairs, but dirt and noise is everywhere.
The way to the the first floor is by means of stairs only.
Water drainage in the shower is very slow; within a minutes a water layer is present and it takes many many minutes before the shower tray is empty again.
The rooms are ok, but lack finishing e.g. in the bathroom and the light in the mirror is malfunctioning already.
In addition: no toiletpaper and no trash can in the room, a dirty beaker near de sink.
There is a watercooker and sugar, but no drinking water nor tea or coffee in the room,
Wifi is slow, and often interrupted.
Breakfast from 8 to 10?
This morning, after complaining several times, it arrived at 10 to 9; unfortunately my driver had already arrived.
It seems that the hotel is managed by a bunch of young people that don’t have a clue how to do this.
During office hours some of the speak English in a reasonable manner. Outside office hours is getting very difficult.
Most reviews on Google seem to be by friends and family (all 5), and guests (mostly 1 or 2)
So for me: never ever again to this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was on point — the staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was just perfect. The food and drinks were out of this world, and the service was fast and professional.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Don’t be scared by the entrance of the building, once you open the door to the hotel, you can find one of the best places to stay in Cairo/Giza. First, the room was very modern and clean, everything was impeccable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The best thing was the attention, every single person that worked there are really really kind and attentive! Always making sure we were comfortable, they made us feel like we had stayed at a friend’s house. The food was really good too, we only had breakfast. Also, the street is a main road, so nearby are some places like a supermarket, pharmacy, papa john’s, bank, atm, etc. We walked at like 2pm with no inconveniences.

Location: The hotel enjoys a prime location close to (landmarks/markets), making it very easy to get anywhere.
Cleanliness: The rooms are very clean, serviced daily, and the place always smells fresh.
Service: The staff is friendly and professional, check-in was quick and smooth, and all requests were handled promptly.
Food: Breakfast is varied and delicious, with options that suit all tastes.
