This hotel is simply delightful, a calm oasis on the outskirts of chaotic Cairo. It is situated close to the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts and food were excellent but most of all the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning. 10/10.

The hotel has impeccable, and has clean rooms with nice furniture and facilities.
Breakfast shines with it’s delicious mix of Egyptian and Western options.
The staff is friendly and attentive.

Excellent location, a quiet escape from the chaos of Cairo but with everything a short taxi away. Staff are very attentive, food is amazing and great value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Amazing beautiful villa! Comfortable and safe as home, it’s in a great location in just 10 minutes away from Giza pyramids rush. Close to everything! Special thank you to Noya staff! Their incredibly helpful supportive team is amazing! Kareem (manager) was so helpful whenever we needed help with tours, translation, location and anything at all he was so professional, fast, and extremely sweet! Receptionists, kitchen staff, laundry and cleaning staff were so kind and helpful. Our room had a private terrace. They also have terrace with pyramids view. Lots of Fresh coffee. Plenty of great food menu options! I love love love this villa! Thank you for making our stay as home and unforgettably warm. They treated us as family. With kindness and so much respect. I definitely recommend this villa and will come back again and again here as they’re just such great people ♥️♥️♥️

I will try to make this review as honest as possible.
I’m starting with the positive parts. The room was amazing. We(me and my partner) had a free upgrade upon arrival for a better and bigger room. The king size bed was probably the best bed I’ve ever slept on.
The bathroom was spacey and very well decorated. The general atmosphere of the room was smooth and comfortable.
Time for the okay parts. Upon arrival we were offered coffee and then it was charged. Nothing major but definitely not a warm welcome. Then the food (breakfast and dinner) was very pricey comparing to anything we had in Egypt and the quality was just ok-bad value for money here for sure.
And finally the bad parts that really upset me. First we didn’t have hot water in the shower. And then the worst experience I had in this hotel which made me mad is the following. The laundry service lost my favourite sweater and a couple of T-shirts and then they were trying to convince me that they didn’t receive it. I got very upset. I asked to get the value off the final bill and they refused, keeping in the gaslight that they never received it. After a long argument we just paid and left. The really disrespectful part of them was the poker face gaslighting claiming that they did not receive the items.
