Wow! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It is truly stunning, from the beautiful design and comfortable rooms to the entertainment and exceptional breakfast. Every part of the experience felt luxurious.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We also treated ourselves to a spa experience, and it was fantastic. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and everything was clean, relaxing, and well maintained.
We had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Great property. Doesn’t wow you at the start, but instead grows on you. Still very new. Not everyone working there knows where to find what. Stayed 3 night, each better than the previous. Great breakfast. Great rooms.
They cant make a good coffee no matter how much they try. Combination of bad beans and untrained staff, unless you are ok with Turkish coffee. Found myself walking over to Arken every morning just for a good cup. I hope they fix it for their sake. Otherwise wonderful.

This is my first time in Sheikh Zayed. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. Very comfortable and the rooms have excellent amenities.
The staff is very friendly. They treat everyone with an experience that makes you feel like VIP. The pool area was very relaxing and clean. Strike up a conversation with the staff. They’re very friendly. The WiFi in the main seating area is next level. Was able to work without any issues with latency. The coffee was delicious as well.
We ordered room service multiple times and we weren’t disappointed. It is very reasonably priced.
My only suggestions are getting a better tv system. Would have been nice to be able to screencast. That didn’t work. Additionally the WiFi in our room was weak. That would have been perfect.
Overall I highly recommend this hotel. Came in with a big group and they really gave us vip treatment.

A one of a kind experience.My family and I had a wonderful stay at Giza Palace Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and well looked after, with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable and peaceful.
A special mention must go to Ahmed, who is a great asset to the hotel. He was kind, professional and always willing to assist, making us feel truly welcome and well cared for. A special mention to Magdi Yacoub, a gentleman who is friendly, efficiant in his service to us.
The location is also very convenient for visiting Giza and the pyramids.
Highly recommended. We would gladly stay here again.

Giza Palace is truly a wow hotel in Egypt. Literally everything is great. I do believe this hotel is an example of the future of Egypt. The grounds are stunning, the rooms beautiful, and every restaurant superb. But what really stands out at Giza Palace is the level of customer service offered. Its on a level not scene anywhere else in Egypt. Truly a job well done. I also have to applaud the manager at Onu, Arlene and her staff. Professional, passionate, and they work seamlessly together. I could eat there everyday. Thank you for a wonderful experience and keep up the excellent work
