This hotel may not officially be a 5-star property, but it certainly delivers a 5-star service experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the Pyramids and the GEM. And yes the location is on a small unpaved road with trash but Ubers is no problem.
On top of that, the price was very reasonable, offering fantastic value for what you get.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for comfort, great service, and location without the luxury price tag, this is an excellent choice.

We had a wonderful stay at the New Museum Guest House Pyramids View and were very satisfied with everything. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel right at home.
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, offering a great start to each day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, with a lovely atmosphere that made it easy to relax.
What we appreciated most was the genuine hospitality – the hosts were always available, attentive, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and friendly stay near the pyramids.

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the friendliness and customer-focused attitude of the entire staff. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, often anticipating our needs and offering help even with requests that wouldn’t typically be expected. No matter the time of day, someone was always available, approachable, and ready to assist.
The room itself was spotless—perfectly tidy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We genuinely didn’t miss a single thing during our stay. It created a relaxing and worry-free environment that made it easy to fully enjoy our time.
The hotel’s location is another major highlight, situated conveniently just across the street from the new museum, making it ideal for exploring the area.
Overall, our experience was flawless. Everything—from the service to the accommodations and location—exceeded our expectations. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay with Amazing Pyramid & GEM View
We had a wonderful stay at New Museum Guest House (Pyramids View) in Giza (March 3-4, 2026). The hotel is nice, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Ali and the team, who were very kind and helpful.
We arrived early in the morning (4 am) and had a little late departure (2:30 pm) and the staff graciously accommodated us by safely storing our luggage, which made our travel day much easier.
The hot free breakfast (at the rooftop of the hotel) was also very nice, a great way to start the day before sightseeing.
Yes, the hotel is located at the end of a small alley, but don’t let that discourage you. The view from our room (502) was fantastic—we could clearly see both the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Giza Pyramids, which made the stay extra special.
Overall, this place is excellent value for the money. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, and an incredible view. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Giza!

Great service! Everyone is very friendly and wants to please you! We had exceptional customer service and care from Sandra and Suhila! They were absolutely lovely! The food was great and the rooms were clean. The location is across from the GEM! And you are also close to the pyramids! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
