It answered my needs perfectly. My trip was for business, and that’s exactly what I got. A special shout-out to Ayman—thank you for all your help during my stay—and to the management for being so attentive to guests’ needs.

Worst dinner ever. Dinner was really bad, with very limited food variety. They even served whole oranges without peeling — completely uncut — which is shocking given that other 5-star hotels in Egypt always prepare fruit properly. The spaghetti was undercooked, and the juice was canned, not fresh — again disappointing since other 5-star hotels in Egypt all serve fresh juices.
Staff attitude was extremely poor, and they seemed racist: they gave us unfriendly looks but smiled warmly at white guests. On top of that, staff were aggressive in their manner, and a cleaning cart even hit us without saying sorry. The waiter was clearing the table and accidentally knocked the sausage off the plate, sending it onto the customer and then onto the floor. He didn’t even offer a single word of apology.
The water was extremely dirty. It was honestly terrifying. Right after showering, my face became irritated, and my hair turned noticeably worse. The next day, I tried using a shower filter, and after just a few minutes, the filter paper had turned completely yellow. Once I left the hotel and returned to my hotel in Cairo, everything went back to normal.
The spa inside was aggressively hard-selling, making the whole experience stressful instead of relaxing.

Overall, a great stay at Helnan Dreamland with beautiful pools and a perfect location for Pyramids & Dream Park. A bit of a drive to downtown Cairo, but worth it for the relaxation and safety of the Dreamland community. However, one downside was the constant pressure for tips from the staff. Even after explaining I didn’t have any small change, the requests were quite persistent, which felt a bit unprofessional for a 5-star resort. Aside from that, the rooms were clean and quiet with lovely balcony views. The bathroom notably the bath tub needs a bit more cleaning. The buffet breakfast spread was really good as was the dinner. A pleasant stay.

It was my first time visiting Helnan Dreamland Hotel with my family, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful and cheerful atmosphere, along with the wonderful sense of peace and quiet throughout the place.
The service level was exceptional, and all the hotel staff were respectful, professional, and always smiling. They consistently did their best to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The food was excellent in both taste and quality, and the chef responsible for the open buffet was extremely professional and respectful.
Overall, it was a genuinely lovely experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an elegant and relaxing destination.
A special thanks and appreciation to Mr. Hassan, the Hotel General Manager, for maintaining such high standards.
Looking forward to visiting again soon.
