I enjoyed a nice stay here for two nights. The owner Sherif and his family were super welcoming and went above and beyond for guests. He helped arrange reliable tours with huge flexibility. I really appreciate their hospitality and efforts to make my stay in Cairo relaxed and comfortable as a solo female.
The location is perfect for pyramid visits as it is close to the entrance with several restaurants around. The view on the terrace overlooking Sphinx and pyramids is amazing. I would highly recommend it to travellers for the pyramids!

The place is located perfectly, price is super fair and for that amount of money you will get a great view on pyramids. The oner just made a small renovation, he is very kindly and helpfully person, who can assist you with any questions or problems. The place have all kitchen facilities and you even can cook for yourself. One of the best place for backpackers. Highly recommend!!

We were there several times and loved it at the beginning until we had a very bad experience last time. Here some facts:
The location is hidden, not easy to find even for a taxi. The street is very busy and loud in the morning and the smell of the camels very strong. Rooms are not clean enough and even in the toilets the brushes are missing. When it comes to prices, my friend was overcharged and we were both insulted as women. If you get overprised and insulted as we did, report it to tourism police. Be careful when you book this guesthouse. We will never go back again!

It’s the second time I am staying at Sheriff’s place. He is an excellent host and takes care of all of your needs, including food orders and arranging some to help you buy local stuff for local prices if wanted.
The wifi is working well, there is hot water and a shared kitchen place to heat up food or even cook.
The view of the pyramids is the best one I came across in that area, the rooftop is an amazing space to spend some time in the morning or evening hours for some alone time.

Absolute gem of a place !
Brilliantly located with a rooftop that offers you an incredible view on the pyramids.
The rooms are clean and very nice.
And finally, Sherif is an incredible host. Very thoughtful and always going out of his way to make you happy and comfortable.
It was an incredible experience and I can only recommend this place. If I come back in Gizeh, I know where I’ll be staying !
