Upon arrival staff were extremely enthusiastic and friendly to have us stay in their beautiful hotel! They went above and beyond to guide us and make us feel welcomed, safe and well looked after. One of the workers (Saif) even went the extra mile to not only reserve us a place at an amazing restaurant, but even chauffeured us to and from our dinner! He even got us local juices on the walk home! They are extremely nice and caring! Our room has amazing aircon, is very clean and beautiful! The view is absolutely spectacular!! I could not recommend a more amazing and beautiful hotel! The facilities are excellent and the wifi is great too! Thank you for making our experience the absolute best!! ☺️

Just like the other reviews, excellent customer service. The staff are very kind, welcoming and attentive. The suite with balcony has an incredible view of the pyramids and the sphinx from the bedroom or the balcony. Its a bit noisy but that is part of the charm and experience of Giza/Cairo! Highly recommend.

Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional. We visited for Zamna, and from the moment we booked, the staff was attentive, responsive, and communicative every step of the way.
From having breakfast delivered to our room at any time we preferred, to seamless transportation arrangements and countless thoughtful touches, the level of hospitality truly stood out. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
A special thank you to Seif for making sure we were always taken care of—he went above and beyond. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
We also had the pleasure of touring the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum with our guide, Islam, who was the best guide I’ve experienced. His passion for history and his outgoing personality made everything come alive and helped me retain so many details. I would highly recommend him.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the pyramids was absolutely amazing — something you don’t get tired of.
Breakfast was served in the room at the time we chose, which was very convenient, and it was really tasty as well.
It can be a bit noisy because of the road, but honestly, that’s just part of the Cairo atmosphere.
Special thanks to Saif and Yuri — they truly made our stay memorable. They were incredibly helpful with everything and went above and beyond to make our trip feel special.
Would definitely recommend this place!
