My name is Alberto Portanova, and the first hotel I stayed at upon arriving in Egypt was the Marvel Stone Hotel. The staff was friendly throughout my stay and helped me find a guide for the various tourist sites. The facilities are well-suited to the area—though, as is the case across Giza, one does notice horses, camels, and their characteristic smells. The hotel offers an incredible view, and the staff is efficient; when I needed to change rooms, they handled it in under 20 minutes without any issues or extra cost. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and souvenir shops. I had a minor issue with breakfast, but they quickly adjusted it to my personal taste. There were times I needed to go out at night, and a staff member was always available to accompany me. I also have a fond memory from the World Cup: the staff invited us to watch the matches in the lobby like old friends, and I was impressed by their hospitality. They also arranged a sightseeing trip to Luxor for me. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping was readily available whenever I needed the room cleaned.

Good Value for money for a 3 star Hotel.
Location is ideal, you can always go to the restaurant for good food and coffee with the pyramids view. Staff is helpful as well!
Breakfast given for the meal plan is enough to keep you full till lunch and good varieties also.

The hospitality wasn’t match the price
The management was sooooooo poor and extra fee for any and every thing, even the percentage of the credit card pay of the bank which there acount .
The air-condition of the restaurant is leaking all the time and water every where on the floor.
They just have a good view of the pyramids which you can see from any where near by .

I met Mohamed ramadan at the roof top restaurant and he was so warm and friendly and professional! He gave me the best restaurant service and recommended me the restaurant’s most popular food, which was really delicious! And he took a lot of nice pictures of me and I am very grateful to him! May Allah bless you always!
