The hotel deserves 1 star. I scored 1 star for the only plus – friendly staff.
1. Some photos on Google are not true! The hotel does not have its own territory and there is no lobby on the 1st floor. The entrance to the hotel is through an apartment building without clear signs.
2. We arrived at 2 am at the hotel and the receptionist said that our booked room is “under mentainance”. And the hotel didn’t inform me about this issue in advance that I had a chance to rebook another hotel. He also lied that there were no available rooms, and he tried to send us to another hotel 30 minutes away. But when we persevered, the receptionist made a couple of calls and we were settled in a worse room.
3. Breakfast was terrible, there was literally no food.
4. There was no cleaning during 4 night stay.

Overall an amazing hotel. Youssef was an incredible staff member who was very attentive and helped whenever it was needed immediately, as well as all of the other incredible staff members who were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had an amazing view of the pyramids aswell as looking incredible. The location was in a nice location and getting taxis never felt easier at good prices. Overall amazing experience and would recommend staying here

Best hospitality from Yusuf an Yusuf! The view is extraordinary and the service is also great. Go here if you want to have a great Egypt experience and even Uber to downtown is very cheap 🙂 thank you for having me and my friend.

Avoid. Staff are unfriendly and not helpful. Rooms are cold – with 12C at night, they provide no heater whatsoever. Shower does not drain and is cold after 2min. Breakfast is basic – not even milk for the lousy coffee. The area is also miserable – one baker baking bread is the only highlight there. The only good bid is the terrace view.
