We had a great 2 nights in this hotel.location is perfect ,3 minutes walk from pyramids ticket office ! The view from the rooftop is perfect ,there couldn’t be a better location !
Mohamed the receptionist guy was brilliant, helpful and always ready to help us, he took us for a great free tour , help us with grocery shopping to not get scammed.
Breakfast was typical Egyptian, bread, beans, vegetable, eggs, fruits ,coffe/tea (everything freshly prepared by the nice lady).
    We will definitely come back!!!!

The location is great for seeing and accessing the pyramids. The rooms are basic and a bit dated but comfortable enough. The staff will try selling you tours immediately upon arrival. I admit that it would be extremely difficult to get around without a driver but their prices are quite high. We found a driver on the first day for less than half of what the hotel is trying to charge. Just beware that everyone has their hustle. EVERYONE.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and for what we payed it was totally worthy. Location is a must and the view from the rooftop of the hotel is simply amazing. Room was clean and nice (w pyramids view too). Breakfast was ok for what we payed. The guys at the reception were all kind and they even gave us some gifts after the check out. Totally worthy!

My stay here was enjoyable. It’s a perfect location for viewing the pyramids from the rooftop. To be honest you don’t really get much closer so that’s good. Breakfast was nice with good variety. My room was comfortable and I slept well considering how close it is to the busy area. Apparently it has recently been taken over by new owners so they are in the process of updating the rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay so great work from them. The manager was nice when I spoke to him too. I’d stay again.
Other guests were slamming doors in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault but I try to be considerate of other people and the noise I make, but others are not.
Also like every hotel l’ve stayed in Egypt, the shower water goes all over the bathroom floor which is annoying unless you have flip flops..but EVERYWHERE is like this, so I’m used to it now. I was informed that this will be corrected with the update of the rooms. But otherwise a pleasant stay.

We had a horrendous experience, the one nightmare of our Egypt trip (everywhere else was nice). We arrived at 11pm with our 10-year old throwing up from the horrendous driving of their driver (every other driver in Egypt was fine). They made us pay in advance (do not pay in advance! no other hotel makes you pay before checkout) and, before we could realize what had happened, they said they added a $20 “government tax” to the transaction. When we complained they then said it was a “booking fee”, yet our reservation was through booking.com so taxes were included. So they started by stealing $20 from us. It gets worst: they had made us take all our luggage out of the shuttle. Once we paid in the lobby they said “congrats we upgraded you, the driver will bring you to our other location 5 minutes away”. The 10 year old was crying because she did not want to go back with the awful driver. I told the hotel we don’t want an upgrade, we need to put the kids to bed (it was 11:30pm by then), they replied the original rooms were also in the other location. We did not have a choice, and arrived at the new location. We said we will take our luggage with us because we need to go to bed we don’t want to wait for our luggage. They made us go to the reception of the new hotel at the top floor without helping us at all, then after 15 more minutes made us come back down to the room (it was midnight). We had booked two different rooms, instead they gave us one room with one shower for 7 of us.. we were so exhausted we went in. We found the bathroom dirty, with pee on the toilet seat and inside the hole, very moldy and prior trash not taken out. I also included her a picture of the hallway outside our room, from a horror film (taken with flash as no light). Also there were no towels even to wash our hands, my husband spent 30minutes trying to get towels at midnight, after 30 minutes they gave him two wet towels for 7 of us. Other guests were there also mad looking for towels, they had no clean towels for anyone. We gave up, tried to sleep despite the strong street and road noises. I should also note in the meantime at 11pm I had told them we had not eaten the past day and needed food, they said no problem there is food at the rooftop of the new location until midnight. When we arrived he made me walk upstairs to the rooftop and they did not have any food so I went to get food in the streets. Finally, they also told us they would pack breakfast so we could leave at 8am (time of breakfast start). Whn my husband went upstairs to pick up the breakfast in the morning, he was told they did not do packed breakfast and it was against their policy to let guests take food out. In summary we barely slept, could not shower and eat. Stay away!!
