Excellent hotel, with exceptionally kind, caring and attentive staff (especially Rahim). I spent a magical week here, thank you for the experience.

There was no water for 2 days.
The hotel’s excuse was that a pipe had burst and that it wasn’t their fault but the government’s. Why do I call it an excuse? Because I later learned that this was a lie, meant to avoid paying too much for water and to force hotel guests to use only what they decide to provide.
I cannot even describe the anger I felt when, one evening, I stepped into the shower, started washing, and the water suddenly stopped—while I had a full head of shampoo. Frustrated, I asked my boyfriend to go downstairs and ask if they could at least give me a few bottles of water so I could rinse myself. At that moment, I still believed their story.
My boyfriend came back five minutes later and told me to check if the water was working now.
Excuse me? I checked—and guess what? The water was running perfectly fine, with hot water and all. From that moment on, I didn’t believe a single word from the hotel staff. Shameful.
This is exactly how you lose customers and earn negative reviews.

Part two of the disappointments: the tours offered by the hotel.
We would describe them as overpriced and disappointing.
On the first day, we went on a tour with a guide who made us pay for things the hotel had guaranteed were already included. If you book tours through them, be prepared to pay for the same things twice.
And the Alexandria tour was absolutely awful.
Neither the guide/the driver spoke any English, there was zero organization, and he even took us to a place that was closed because he had forgotten it wasn’t open that day.
We exchanged maybe two words with him the entire day, and everything felt extremely uncomfortable.
It was a complete waste of time.
The hotel staff and receptionists might seem like “angels” with their constant smiles and overly friendly attitude.
But in reality, the hotel should be called “Master Manipulators.”
To them, we are nothing but walking wallets. They tried to get money out of us for everything, all while pretending to be our friends.
During the last days, they suddenly lost interest in us and focused only on settling everything to avoid a negative review. The receptionist kept insisting that we give them the best possible rating every time she did even the bare minimum.
Well, I refuse to ignore all the negative things we experienced, and I will say the truth exactly as it is.
I would like to mention the names of these people so you know exactly who to avoid and who to be cautious with, but I will show the minimum respect for their identities because of the small positive things they tried to do for us—while masking their real intentions.
And I do want to mention one positive thing: the lady in charge of cleaning and the lady who ironed my clothes. They did a genuinely good job and truly deserve to be appreciated. The room was actually cleaner after the housekeeping lady had been there than it was when we first arrived.
I want to conclude by telling the hotel staff that we are not mentally limited, and we can clearly recognize the intentions you have toward your guests. You should reconsider your approach if you don’t want even more negative reviews from future customers. There were many other things we didn’t like, but I think I’ve said enough already.

A wonderful stay at the Master Pyramids Hotel. Mr. Raheem and his team, the White Crew, are excellent people, very hospitable, and make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The rooftop terrace offers views of the pyramids, and the breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible experience staying at Master Pyramid Hotel during our holiday in Egypt. The highlight of our stay was our tour guide, Abdul, who truly made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Abdul went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. He explained everything in great detail, helped us navigate local markets, arranged our Nile cruise, museum visits, pyramid tours, and also made sure we had the chance to visit the Church of Abu Serga, the Jewish Synagogue, and the English Church. Abdul’s knowledge was exceptional, and his friendliness made us feel right at home. He is an invaluable asset to your hotel, and I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

As for the hotel itself, we booked pyramid-view rooms, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hospitality was exceptional, with the hotel manager coordinating our entire stay, making everything seamless.

The staff was outstanding, and Rahim, along with his restaurant team, provided excellent service, making every meal delightful. The rooftop was a perfect spot to relax and take in the amazing views.

Overall, our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. I highly recommend Master Pyramid Hotel for its great service, friendly staff, and especially Abdul, who made our experience even more special. I will definitely recommend this hotel and Abdul to my friends!
