Positives:
• The owners are genuinely kind and welcoming
• All the staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay.
• We were given a room shift that worked out really well for us as three siblings (1 brother, 2 sisters), and we appreciated the consideration.
• The TV had a good variety of channels.
• Great value for the quad biking and night cruise activities that the hotel helped arrange!
• The terrace was a nice spot to relax, and the interior of the hotel looked well-designed and pleasant.
Areas for Improvement:
• Communication could be clearer, especially regarding additional charges such as laundry fees and taxi fares for drivers arranged through the hotel.
• We had to continuously ask for toilet rolls which made it uncomfortable for us.
• We were expecting a higher standard of cleanliness with regular cleaning of the room, bed, and bathroom – this was lacking during our stay.
• Fresh towels were not provided, which made things a bit inconvenient.
• Breakfast was the same every day and often took a long time to be served.

We stayed here for 3 nights, having been dropped to the wrong hotel by our driver we called reception and he kindly came and collected us at midnight. The staff are very friendly & cant do enough for you! They were always offering great tips and advice and helped us with what we should be expecting to pay with taxis etc & sometimes ordered for us when we couldn’t get an uber. Our room had a mini fridge which was great & we were given bottled water on arrival & when heading out for day trips. Amazing views of the pyramids from the rooftop too. It definitly wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed with some stains on bed sheets & towels etc. but this didn’t bother us too much. Close to a Carrefour supermarket, offlicense etc.

One of the worst hotels ever. Inappropriate reception style. I refused to receive the room and they refused to refund the reservation money. The place is in a very popular area and it was the worst reception and style.

I just loved 🥰 my stayed here with my mom and son , we was treated super nice, the cleanliness was great the owner ,his brother and his staff are amazing I felt like home i definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy the pyramids view and the safety of this place (I had very bad experiences in the past with other hotels around the pyramids area I even found spiders in the bed of one of them 😱) that now that I found a good clean one I will definitely recommend it to everyone , I’ll definitely be back for sure !!!

I’ve been staying here since Friday March 1st. I will be checking out Tuesday March 5th. I stayed in room 609, i liked the room. Very clean and it has an AC. Water is 10 egp, shower towel is 50 egp. Wifi is not free. Its 50 egp per night. It is also slow. The receptionists were friendly though.
