Pyramid Pride Hotel is not good at all, there is no shampoo in the bathroom, no shower gel, no tea kettle, you have to wait for hours for breakfast, there is no restaurant nearby, their service is not good, I have visited 10 other countries in the world but I have never seen such bad service anywhere
All most this Hotel is very dirty

My experience was very disappointing. I stayed for a whole week and the AC kept shutting down every two hours because it needed gas, and nobody came to fix it. The room was not clean at all, the blankets and items were very dirty, and the breakfast was very poor. When I first arrived, I had to wait more than an hour for someone to show up because they were all sleeping. On checkout they forced me to leave the room by 12–1 pm and didn’t allow me to stay a bit longer, even though I had booked for a full week. Also, the hotel owner doesn’t answer calls.

Great place for staying a few days in giza. Very near the giza entrance and the sphinx. The hotel provides very nice food with good price. The owner is very friendly, he helped me to buy a suitcase when mine was broken. They also provided tour with or without guide.
