The hotel’s location is great, close to the Grand Egyptian Museum , the Pyramids and old Cairo .. the crew is very friendly , hospitable, cooperative and helpful. The room is clean and organised. I enjoyed my stay.

I spent three days at this hotel during my stay in Cairo and really enjoyed the experience. The location is perfect, especially if you plan to visit Giza, as it makes getting around very easy. The staff were always extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, not only with daily assistance, but also with providing information and helping organize activities during my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo!

The experience at Suzana Pyramid Inn was fantastic. As soon as we arrived, Muhamed, the owner of the hotel, welcomed us warmly, ordering and bringing us lunch right upon our arrival and offering to help us book restaurants and excursions. In fact, on the first evening, he booked a wonderful restaurant for us and even took us there himself in a tuk-tuk, without asking for anything in return. He also found a hairdresser for my girlfriend to get her hair done, and the staff accompanied us to the salon. Muhamed was always available and kind, at any time and for anything (literally).
The room is truly beautiful—super clean and spacious.
The staff is always punctual, attentive, and ready to meet any need, as well as being very knowledgeable and kind in everything they do.
Breakfast is excellent, and the area is very convenient, quiet, and full of amenities, such as bars and supermarkets. It’s also perfectly safe to walk around the nearby streets even at night.
I highly recommend everyone to come here because you won’t just find a hotel, but a real experience. We will definitely be back.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The balcony also offered a decent view of the great pyramids.
A special thank you goes to Mr. Mohamed, who was a fantastic host. He was incredibly helpful, especially when he booked taxis for us multiple times when we struggled to do so ourselves. He also checked in on us regularly to ensure we weren’t facing any difficulties.
I deeply appreciate the exceptional service he provided.
