I had a wonderful stay at Swiss Inn Resort, where everything from check-in to departure was handled with genuine hospitality and care. The resort offers a relaxing atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, and a truly enjoyable experience that makes it easy to unwind and feel at home.
A special note of appreciation goes to Omnia Tarek, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made a real difference and ensured that every request was handled smoothly and with a smile. She truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable.

One of the best resorts in Cairo. The pool is so clean. It’s calm and the staff are highly professional. I do recommend it.

Whipped trip to Egypt off bucket list. Agent put us in Swiss Inn which worked well for us. Great location to visit pyramids and new GEM museum which was fantastic.
Rooms are big with balcony overlooking pool. Grounds well kept and lovely. Breakfast buffet had a big selection. Had quiet but good dinners in upstairs lounge. Had great service from Wael. If we come this way again will be back.

My stay at Swiss Inn was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with great variety, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the whole experience even better. We came here as part of a wider tour.
The location is good – close to the pyramids and the road nearby is not too noisy.
We had a good welcome and the room was very comfortable, although the air conditioning seemed to have no temperature variation. The door handle came off in outer hands and nobody came to fix it when we reported it
The service was okay – we went to swim at 5pm and were told we couldn’t- the hours are 10-5, which is not good for most people.
The food and drink was good quality and reasonable. The buffet for breakfast was very good.
The swimming pool was nice.
We asked for a quiet room and they put us towards the end of a corridor which meant we could hear an outside party well into the night….
