A truly beautiful view, the pyramids with the bright sun have a magical, pharaonic sparkle.

    Its the worst place ever
    Not clean
    No tv
    The food is bad
    Glass on the floor
    Bugs.

I have no words for how bad this place was, the closest word I can find is a nightmare.. Some doors dont lock, glass on the floor in the rooms, it cut my foot, even after cleaning twice, they dont care about your health or safety, food is garbage, we paid for the so called ‘premium’ breakfast but the food from the corner store is better, we ended up eating croissants for the most part… Staff dont listen to your needs and ignore your requests repeatedly. After being injured from the glass I wanted to check out early and get the 2 nights I haven’t stayed for a refund, he said thats fine and when the time came for me to collect the refund, he ghosted me!! This place is a nightmare, possibly the worst one you can go to.. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Absolutely never again. Not staff fault but breakfast takes forever 55mins and timing one banana. One yoghurt and one boiled egg one bread. If they remember one tea.
first day sink leaking. No problem they fixture it by next day. They then moved me into the broom cupboard (well it might just have been) the shower was cracked and the tv never worked. Nor did I get the kettle they promised on day one. Noise of them building until 1.30am. Decided to move out 😳🥹 really avoid if possible until they finish repairs. By the way no lift either

    Was a nice stay.
We stayed 2 night just after Christmas with my son and brother.
The room was big and very clean.
View on the pyramids from the room.
View from the roof was great, can see the light show in the evenings.
It was too cold to have breakfast outside but Mahamed brought it to the room too.
The airco also heated the room.
They arranged a pick up at the busstation. Went smooth.
The only thing I can think of is that out would be nice to have a shower curtain because now the floor stayed wet. Will not be a problem in summer but in winter it is.
Mohamed Al-Jabri is a very friendly guy who will take care of everything.
