Its very bad no towels no shower gel service very bad breakfast u have to wait 1 hour for it and heater not working i told them its cold they dont even care no water no toilet tissue . BATHROOM lights doesn’t work no towels . very bad i dont recommend it to any one .

The Nile Sky Suites has the worst customer service of any hotel I have ever experienced in over 25 different countries. I do not recommend booking this hotel. Please review all of the images and you will notice that there is not a single image of the front of the hotel from the street and there is no street view in Cairo. All of the images are of rooms, views, and a front desk which is actually located several floors up from the street through a small hallway and elevator in a commercial plaza. Upon arriving you will find that there are no pictures because there are actually no signs or identifiable employee with a nametag, uniform, or hotel identification. Once I eventually located this lobby they were as confused finding me a room for my reservation as I was trying to find the lobby. Jokes aside, this was a nightmare and after much confusion by the hotel and atrocious customer service they eventually gave up on my reservation as a result of some sort of hotel maintenance issue and I was left in Cairo to find another hotel for the night.
