We chose this hotel as our base for our time in Cairo and it proved to be an excellent decision.

    Service and Comfort:

The service was exceptional; the staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and dedicated to making you feel at home. Hannah and the rest of the staff are wonderful and really acommodating. Our room was comfortable, clean, and featured reliable air conditioning and hot water. They even upgraded us to a studio free of charge after a minor inconvenience.

    Breakfast:

A generous, filling spread featuring authentic Egyptian staples like fresh bread, falafel, vegetables, eggs, potatoes, cheeses, cereal, juices, coffee and tea. Always delicious.

    The Neighborhood:

The hotel sits in a very quiet street in Garden City, pretty much a 5 minute cab to downtown Cairo, but without all the activity and noise. There’s a really amazing cafe pretty much across the street and a bank in front of the hotel is super convenient if you need to take out cash. The area has a lot of trees so it feels cool most of the time and it’s a great escape from the heat of downtown Cairo.

    Conclusion:

If you are looking for a really good hotel at a great price, and friendly base to explore the wonders of Cairo, and the pyramids I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. It provides incredible value and the the staff really makes it feel like home. Highly recommended!

The hotel is fantastic! The location is great, the people are wonderful, and the service is excellent. The waiters who serve the orders are extremely good. It’s top-level service, one of the best spots in the center you can visit

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Cairo. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel itself was very comfortable and had a relaxing atmosphere. Its location was perfect—close to the city and just a short distance from the Nile, which made everything even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Cairo.

We had a fantastic one-night stay here and can honestly say it’s probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Egypt. The rooms are excellent—very comfortable and featuring a particularly lovely shower.

The standout feature, however, is the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Even after we checked out, they allowed us to wait in the lobby to charge our phones and even brought us complimentary bottled water while we waited. It’s that kind of hospitality that makes a difference.

My only minor concern was the noise, but since our room was on the ground floor right near reception, I expect this isn’t an issue for the rooms on higher floors. Overall, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it!

This place is amazing! Please do read the reviews, they don’t lie!
In short: Great staff, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast, great location and good prices.

But I have a lot more to say! Please read the full review.

This place is not luxurious, but it’s a very nice little hotel with AMAZING staff that made us feel home and special during our stay. MoHamed, Yousef, Ereny and Waleed were incredible with us, and the other staff members who I don’t know the names are awesome (the three cleaning girls, the breakfast lady, the guys who help you with your luggage, etc)

We arrived around 5am and they offered early check in for Usd $15, which we found very reasonable, Mohammed came with me to the atm and explained how to exchange currency there at a good rate. We asked for recommendations of restaurants and they led us to a few options, one of the was “Oldish” excelent Egyptian food and good prices.

Water dispenser available 24/7, the breakfast is simple but filling and tasty with a home made vibe. There a nice comfy terrace to take breakfast, work on a laptop, etc. Every little thing we needed they took care of.

If you are visiting Cairo, this is a no-brainer. I did a lot of research before going and read a lot of bad reviews of other places who mess up your reservation, try to charge you extra for everything etc, this was NOT THE CASE.

I really hope that the workers are being taken care of, because they all deserve it. If you are the owner and read this, you must know that you have the best team. Wish you all success!

Please note: It’s still a 3 star hotel in Cairo, so don’t expect luxury, it is priced accordingly.
