Museum and Nile View Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Museum and Nile View Hotel. The building may seem old but the hotel itself is very modern, clean and beautiful. The AC worked perfectly and the views were fabulous. We were especially impressed by Asma. She made us feel welcome even before we stepped into the hotel and provided us with any information we would need for our stay. She also went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Her service was truly exceptional for Egypt and even one of the best in the world.

The hotel is situated on the 8th floor of the building. As soon as you enter 8th floor the old traditional building turns into modern furnished floor. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable. The best part, if you walk for 10mins you enter the main downtown area to explore local food. The Old museum is few mins walk. The breakfast was well prepared and was well balanced. I will highly recommend this hotel and visit again.

Nile and museum

It’s a new property although the building is slightly dated they’ve done a great job with designing and decorating the property and you can clearly tell the experiment was a success. But a very good experiment and unique experience.

I stayed in the suite room (which was an upgrade) and was very spacious, clean with nice views over Cairo especially the museum. Enjoyed taking in the views of the fast paced city from the room.

The staff were extremely professional and I hope they keep up the level of commitment and dedication they have shown to their customers as the hotel continues to expand. Very personal and professional experience , they promptly arranged an affordable airport transfer from Cairo airport to hotel with ease and comfort. The hotel team were courteous and cooperative at all times to ensure we had a safe time. They kept communications to a high standard and I felt reassured and safe with their service.

The staff went out of their way and arranged a few private trips with drivers which met our needs and not needing to mess around and waste time with tour operators and using other online platforms. They were very prompt in understanding our needs and delivering to exceed our expectations.

They ensured our stay and trips were safe and provided exceptional navigation and guidance and advice!

Not many negatives at all the only one thing I’d point out (although didn’t effect us) the exterior noise being located in the city close to the major section roads into the city (noise traffic, vehicles, etc) expected in the city .
Also we would have loved to see more fruits for breakfast.

This hotel sits in a very dated building (that doesn’t take away the fact the the floor that the hotel is located on has been revamped, reengineered, redesigned and redecorated and once you’re in the hotel it doesn’t feel like you are in an old building! But this is a unique experience and these older/dated buildings give you a different dimension and adds to egypt charm! Definitely instagrammable as it provides a natural and unique perspective!

Beautiful property for a few nights stay and convenient for exploring historical Cairo with extremely polite, welcoming and helpful natured team.

Will definitely stay here again .
