Hello dear whoever wants to come to this hotel
It sucks
I really wonder why it is still open , room very dirty
Staff sucks , they are purely rude . I wish you guys change your mind if u want to stay here . Pay extra 10$ and you will get better service and little cleaner rooms.
Imagine i got a room that has bugs and has no water in it .

The staff was nice & everything but the room was not. The bed sheets were smelly and the AC was too loud we had to turn it off midnight. I did nt ask for bed sheets to be changed because i did nt stay for too long and by the time i was back to my room at the end of the day, it would be already late and i would just ignore reporting the issue. The hotel has no place to get food or tea/coffee and you will need to get it from outside or use Talabat.
All in all, I should have also reported on all the issues on time (i stayed for 4 nights) but meh. i dont think im staying here again when im in Cairo.

Pretty tidy hotel (apparently in the process of renovation). A bit dark in the room, so we didn’t see much dirt 😁 But clean enough bathrooms and bed sheets.
The staff is very kind and responsive. Always welcome and try to be helpful. Especially the very cheerful, good English-speaking aged administrator. We decided to stay another one day and he agreed to prolong our stay with no problem. We will miss him 😉
What was our surprise to find a very good and tasty “5Doors” cafe on the rooftop of the hotel with a pleasant view of the night city and pretty good music!
In general, quite a good option to stay for a few days, if do not pay attention to the noise of cars outside the window (this is Cairo!)
Also Uber drivers can easily find it’s point on the map 👍 And easily drive you wherever you need because of the nearby highway junction.

I have been there 3 times. First time they, the waiter i mean, had something to say about me trying to see the view, so unkind… Second time was nice, thanks to Fox! Tonight the third… At first they asked me not to stay in the table I choose because it was for 4 people (and there was nearly nobody at the pub); I kindly told the that i could change in case 20 or 30 people came, so they accepted this big deal… When i asked for the bill i gave them my card, but they told me they had problems, So I proposed to pay cash, but i did not have enough in EGP, something like 24 Egp was missing and i said “ok I add 2 USD”, wich is more, just let me go please :). They said no, please wait a bit until we charge the lector. I agreed, but after 2 minutes they asked me to move from my table (other 4/5 tables were available) just to let ONE PERSON sit at my place while i was waiting for them to make me pay! Like if they was in San Marco Square in Venice, or in Champs Elysees instead of a roof top looking at the Cairo traffic… Such a sad experience. I am talking of the so-called pub on the roof, they will never see me again. So rude and unprofessional…

BUT
1. Air condition loudly noise.
2. Not good for family (kids) , because there are night club in da roof and kabareeh in basement .
3. Else of stuff looking for tips .
