Everything at the hotel was excellent. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff provided a very warm and welcoming reception. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel was very well maintained. Security was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, ensuring a comfortable stay.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the manager, Mr. Ahmed, as well as Mr. Saeed, Mr. Youssef, and Ms. Nancy, along with all the staff members. Special appreciation also goes to the housekeeping team and the breakfast service ladies for their great efforts and kindness.

The kitchen staff (Nora) and the reception staff (Ziad) are extremely friendly and courteous, always ready to help you with whatever you need and to make you feel good. They definitely make the stay much better

Im not one to leave a negative review, however, my experience at this hotel is to warn others.
The hotel is extremely disorganized to the point that after we paid over 1000 for one day excursion, we were left stranded for over one hour in the freezing cold. They were contacted over 13 times and they kept saying that there was someone on the way yet the person never showed. That is one of many disorganized events that took place during my 7 day stay.

I’ve been staying for 5 nights at the hotel, the staff from front office to housekeeping team are amazing, they take care every single details what you need to make sure your stay are comfortable. The young guy who bring the luggage down are very humble and kind very very well done for him !
The location is a great location is very near to everywhere. The hotel the price and the experience are worth! Highly recommended .

Needed a central location last minute for the night and this hotel was perfect. Had booked a room with no window but they were nice enough to upgrade us to a room with a window.
Clean, comfortable bed, warm water and strong A/C. All you need in Cairo. Along with great and welcoming staff. Ahmed working the front desk was very kind and so helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Cairo.
