Nice hotel, big, clean, air conditioned rooms, comfort bed, good and fresh breakfast, welcoming Emily faces, has a Spa and Massage.
Plus Miss Aya Karam at the reception was very helpful with reservations even before we come to Egypt and was always asking are you satisfy? Do you need anything?

The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly come back again.

Kemet Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Cairo. The service was exceptional and the staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is new, very clean, and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, so you can easily experience the city, restaurants, shops, and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cairo.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cairo. The location was excellent, the rooms were value for money and well maintained, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.
What truly made our visit special, however, was the exceptional staff. A special mention to Noor, Aya, and Mona — they were absolutely outstanding. Each of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient, whether it was assisting with requests, offering guidance, or simply checking in to ensure we were comfortable.

The facilities were good and comfortable. The staff was truly kind and attentive. However, breakfast was very greasy and limited. It seems like they do lack experience as a hotel because when we arrived at midnight they had to get our room ready and forgot to bring all amenities, like towels for example. One night, they knocked on our door at midnight because they were looking for an iron. We had been kind fine with everything else, but that was the cherry on top, signaling their lack of organization. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll really hear all that traffic noise.
Overall, it was a fine stay, but we weren’t really satisfied with the stay, wasn’t impressive.
