Booked on Agoda as 5 stars…which were definitely not in reality, at least anymore. 3 stars is more realistic.
Service, makes promises and under delivers. Promised will clean the room early and help with an early check in, which ended up being a later than their standard hour.
Location good, but a lot of dogs forced us to use Uber instead walking.

Rooms are great, location is good as well
They kept my extra luggage for a few days while I was out of Cairo. Anything you need, you can just whatsapp them, and they will assist

Brassbell Hannaux has been very hospitable and I’ve enjoyed my stay with them to the extent where I’ve extended multiple times with them . The place looks exactly like the pictures and is very clean . Special shoutout to the friendly staff but especially Mohammed Zika who made my experience very special he was very hospitable, the world needs more people like him and Brassbell have a very special employee .

I recently stayed at Brassbell Downtown Tahrir Hannaux, and had a wonderful experience across multiple rooms. Every request was handled quickly and professionally, making my stay smooth and comfortable.
Rahma and Mahmoud from the call center were incredibly kind and helpful. Ahmed Hany was exceptionally professional and truly stood out in ensuring a seamless stay. Omar El Gebali at reception was polite and informative, while Alaa’s warm smile made every welcome special. Housekeeping Radwa, Mona and Nada were thorough and attentive.
I truly felt at home and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

The property is as it is on the pictures, you are walking distance to most restaurants, bars, and shopping center.

the water pressure is great, with hot and cold water, housekeeping is provided upon request, the property is staffed by young attentive Employees who attends to your requests.
We chose the room facing the main road, and the noise of the vehicle can be heard, we got used to it from the second night, if this is an issue for you then select a room at the back of the building
everything is great! this is the best place to stay in Cairo
