Beware, the pictures are not accurate. I booked through Booking.com, and when I arrived, I was shocked by the place. They then tricked me into thinking I could cancel the booking without fees and that the money would be refunded within two days. I was then surprised when Booking.com asked me to rate their stay, even though I didn’t actually stay there. I went to another hotel, and I still haven’t received my money back, even though I’ve been trying to contact them. In short, they ripped me off with 600 riyals. May God not forgive them.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. There is literally no staff available to assist guests. Not even someone to provide drinking water. When I asked at the reception, the only person present told me to go outside and buy water myself — despite the hotel being on the 6th floor!
This level of service is completely unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. Guests expect at least the basic amenities and staff support, which were entirely missing here. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even the minimum level of comfort or assistance.

Hotel FILTHY and old, didn’t stay 24 hrs. Tried to leave sooner but there was nowhere to go. Room not as described. I was constantly hounded to book extra excursions with them. I WAY overpaid for a food tour that wasn’t a tour at all and again, not what I was getting from the real food tour I was supposed to go on. Everything seemed to be about money and how we can hustle the foreigner. Paid more than I wanted for photos to be booked at a landmark. Unfortunately the pictures can’t be blown up to a big size and I contacted the hotel and the photographer about this with no reply. The only good thing about the stay was my overly expensive, can’t be blown up photos. The people that hustled me were nice while they did it, which is why I give 2 stars instead of 1 for service.

Extremely disgusted by the unprofessional conduct at this hotel. Booked on behalf of a client whose room was too dirty to stay in, and who witnessed people smoking in the hotel lobby. When a refund was requested because the client was unable to use the reservation at all, the hotel refused and accused our client of lying.
