A truly beautiful place with exceptional service from all the staff and management. The Fayoum is absolutely stunning, and I highly recommend it to everyone. It was a wonderful experience that brought a real sense of comfort and peace of mind. 🌿✨

Very disappointing stay. I do not recommend this place.
This property is actually a floating boat on the Nile, not a regular hotel building, which was not clearly explained when booking.
The room was extremely small, and I had to upgrade to a larger one. The biggest problem is noise. The walls, floors, and ceiling are all made of wood, so there is almost no sound insulation. You can hear people walking above the room and moving tables constantly.
In addition, tourist boats passing on the Nile play very loud music, and the noise from events continued until dawn. At around 9 AM, I was woken up again by very loud staff conversations.
The furniture and flooring are worn out and clearly need maintenance. The water heater did not work, and even after waiting more than 30 minutes the water was not properly hot.
Breakfast was very basic (very salty salad, eggs, and fava beans). Considering all of this, the price is far too high for the actual quality.
I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for quiet, comfort, or cleanliness.

The location on the river is just picturesque. It is a lively neighborhood. So bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The young lady who helped my wife after she fell and attended her wound well never be forgotten. Egypt is now in our hearts.

Lovely staff and rooms were clean and comfortable! We had a room with Nile view which was a very cool experience.
One thing to be mindful of is it can be quite noisy from the nearby “club boat” – there was loud music until 2am.

Its hard to describe this fixed ship hotel, rooms are okay buy view from room especially if you are in back room then you see bunch of junk. Very noisy especially from evening until 3am on weekends. You hear all food traffic from ceiling. Rooms were clean, staff was so friendly but bathrooms needs to be updated.
