The Moroccan
Its the most dirty hotel i seen in my life, i booked 4 nights i arrived there late at 3am, they do not accept card payment only cash in foreigne currency…they dont accept coins like 2€…i payed 50€ and i gave him 10usd he told me he will give me the rest next day…after i asked him for rest he told me its written in a book that i get it already…he is scam…after i paid i discovered that there is no shower in the room…there is only a dirty WC outside the room no soap no shampoo no toilet paper no towels…no wifi in the room…TV not working Aircond not working…its really not for human…dogs and cars are noisy 24/24h

The staff working on 27th morning is terrible.
One staff in resections he promised he prepared breakfast at 9am, This promise makes it on 8 am.
But when I go to reception at 9am there are different staff which is women.
Then I told all of the stories for her.
But she reacted you are lies, with laughingly.
Even I show my booking .
The booking was included breakfast.
I can show this booking for everyone.
I recommend you facility of hotel is good but staff on there is terrible.

It was extremely dirty, dimly lit. No toilet paper, toiletries nor towels. Lots of mold, stains & spiders in bathroom. We were locked and trapped in our room and an employee had to rescue us by pushing door open. Lots of abandoned cars outside and aggressive people asking for money. Cigarette burns and stains on bedding. Door/window in balcony wouldn’t close and they tried to seal with tape. Have tons of videos & pictures! Immediately did a live chat with Expedia that pix and description on website are basically faked and thus committing fraud. Demanded cancellation & refund of my stay at Arabesque Hotel. Left the next day and again we struggled to leave our room because door was jammed. Nothing was clean. Disgusting. I told the guy when I checked out what all the issues were and I videotaped it so they can’t deny I complained.

In the months of September, October and November 2019 I booked several nights in the Arabesque hotel. the hotel is centrally and ideally located. You will receive a warm welcome as a guest. The rooms were always clean. The guests are usually young happy people not shy for a party or a social gathering. The staff is always present, respectful, friendly and open to a pleasant conversation. See you next year!

If you are on a budget and you don’t expect a high standard, it’s fine.
The AC hardly works. Good luck waiting for the”right” elevator, which accepts your key… Electricity was gone for one day.
The staff is friendly, but doesn’t care to much about the problems.
