I stayed with my mom in a room with separated beds though the rooms were really small that i didn’t even had area for my lagguage. The air conditioner wasn’t working even if I said it to the lobby the only said yeah we’ll take care of it in a few minutes and they didn’t. There was no hairdryer in the room and i also said it as well they said we will manage it tomorrow but i was literally staying there for 1 day and i needed it that night. The breakfast was acceptable. There was 3 kind of salami, boiled eggs,3 different cultural foods and a dessert kinda thing. The management was bad but there was a waitress with hijab she was really sweet and when there was no water left at the water container she directly managed to get a glass for me.The hotel was at an acceptable location.I came to cairo for pyramids and museum and it took about 40-50 minutes for me to get there with buss. After all if you’re gonna stay for one night or something and not obsessed with clean or organized hotels its acceptable but if you’re gonna stay longer and also have a itch then this hotel is one of the last options.

This is a very bad hotel , awful room service and not worth the money. The tv wasnt working, the room service didn’t fix it . They charged me extra money as i called them first and they said the room was for 1700 and when i arrived at the hotel they asked for 2400 and claimed that no one called them . I don’t recommend this hotel at all !

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Good air conditioning too and also hot water! Rooms are small but this is fine because when in Egypt you want to go see the ancient sites, not spend all day inside 🙂

I enjoyed a tranquil stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help. Room service was outstanding and the food was very good. Although the room’s furniture and curtains could benefit from minor updates, the overall experience was excellent. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel can be said to be bad. There were stains on the underside of the quilt, but I didn’t see them because they were on the underside. The bed and pillow were hard as stone. No drinks, no hairdryer, no glasses, no slippers. The only good thing is the location is nice. Facilities are very bad
Sorry editing: breakfast is enough for a full meal, not perfect, not bad, but good
