Even if I had to give them less than one star, my experience with them was terrible. The reception staff were unhelpful and uncooperative. Cleanliness was nonexistent; the apartment was infested with cockroaches. Furthermore, the bedspread and sheets were unclean. We asked for them to be changed, but the reception staff stalled and didn’t respond. I won’t be repeating this experience.

Aman Hotel and its staff are respectful, honest, and very helpful. All services are close by, and the price is very reasonable.

A wonderful place! First, I thank the hotel management. The accommodation was excellent, firstly, and foremost, the safety was paramount. Secondly, the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the entrance to the rooms, made for a wonderful stay. Thirdly, the hotel’s proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, Ahmed Orabi Children’s Park, and several currency exchange offices was a plus. Fourthly, its proximity to Arab States Street made for easy walking. The weather was fantastic. We wish everyone a truly wonderful vacation.

Honestly, this hotel is more than wonderful. The price is very reasonable, the cleanliness is constant, and beyond that, the service from all the hotel staff is excellent, from the hotel manager, Mr. Ghufran, to the receptionists, Mr. Rajab, Mr. Ahmed, and Ms. Sarah. Their interaction is truly brotherly and not driven by money. The most important aspect of the hotel is its safety, especially for families. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because of its proximity to all services.
I wish them continued success and even greater achievements.
