I think the room service is not bad. The environment is beautiful and cosy. The restaurant staff is very friendly and send some free salad to us as gift. And the reception staff is also friendly.

We had a great stay! The rooms were sufficiently clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious, and they bring you whatever you request. A special thanks to Aya from the restaurant staff for her bright smile and excellent service. Highly recommended

I booked a room for 14 days but left next day because unhygienic and friendly staff and poor service .
It was in the February still in the winter time wheather was so cold there was no hot water no shower was not working properly when I asked if I can change the room they said I had to wait for 3 days.
It is the worest hotel I have ever seen cairo although it is huge hotel and look good.
