The hotel is amazing with every single detail . I don’t think that any hotel has a that much better view with peace . All the staff is amazingly helpful and friendly like all the people of beautiful Egypt. Location is lovely and very center for anywhere in the Cairo . Lobby is best part of the hotel probably with local musicians and piece giving view . I own a special appreciation and the girl at guest service Merna . She was all the time very helpful and attentive for anything we need. I also remember breakfast guy Muhammed with his sincere smile and friendly approach all the time . I ll definitely come back with zero hesitation next year hopefully 🙏. Deeply I wish the best for the all people of Egypt 🇪🇬

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Grand Nile hotel in Egypt. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, and the staff made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a great atmosphere.

I would especially like to recognize Howaida from the housekeeping team for her outstanding work. She was always friendly, professional, and ensured that my room was spotless every day. Her attention to detail and dedication truly enhanced my stay.

I would also like to thank Mariam Tariq at the front desk for her excellent customer service. She was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

thank you Ali Attia very nice rooms and view on great Nile

Ali was such a thoughtful host. He took the time to explain everything to us, from local tips to little details about the area, and made sure we felt comfortable from start to finish. His kindness and clear guidance made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.

The room was spotless, cozy, and had that amazing view of the Nile that we couldn’t get enough of. Waking up to the river every morning felt like a dream, and everything about the space was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay.

This place is perfect, but what really made it special was Ali’s hospitality. He was friendly, attentive, and always there to help with a smile. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience in Cairo!

We chose Hilton Grand Nile because the photos looked beautiful and the location seemed central. The renovated lobby and river-view restaurant areas are modern and impressive, and the Nile views from the higher floors — especially the 34th floor — were absolutely stunning. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of food available.

Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are very dated. Upon check-in, we were given a downgraded room instead of the one we booked. All booking photos showed balconies, so we naturally expected one, yet reception claimed we needed to specifically request it, even though that was never an option during booking.

When we questioned this, we were told we would need to wait another three hours for the correct room, with little apology or concern shown. Most staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. The only exception was one reception lady with a straight bob haircut who genuinely tried to help us and managed to get our room sooner.

What made the experience worse was that instead of improving the guest experience, the hotel attempted to downgrade the room we had already paid for, which created a terrible first impression.

Some concierge and entrance staff also continuously made inappropriate comments like “it’s only $5” or “it’s only $10,” which felt inappropriate, unnecessary, rude and uncomfortable. We felt like money machines!

The surrounding area was dirty, chaotic, and not very walkable. Aside from the incredible Nile views, breakfast, and renovated lobby, we would not recommend this hotel.
