Beautiful hotel. Great views from the 12th floor. Food fantastic. They also made me a cake for my birthday. That was so delicious. Loved the staff. So friendly. Ahmed helped us with tours and booking taxis. Sami was our driver the whole time we were here. He’s fantastic. Excellent driver.

Well presented, although a little noisey where the locals played boardgames in the evening. Hotel was clean and good selection of buffet at breakfast, it could be rather busy. The pool was smallish but clean. Lifts on one side stop at the pool level they must have added floors which has its lift on the other side of the hotel. The ladies in the beautician were very helpful. Prices very reasonable. The waiter in the downstairs restaurant was also very helpful. Meals were good quality and large portions. The pizza was too much so we took half back to the room! Good clean hotel, friendly staff, would go back.

Excellent place – plush and comfortable. Well positioned for Giza pyramids and the new museum. The immediate evirons are a bit rough and ready but OK once you’ve adjusted the friendly lunacy of Cairo.
Very attentive, helpful staff, and reasonable prices. There are several restaurants in the hotel complex. Overall, we liked the variety, price and food of the Sphinx, on the first floor the most.

The staff was really nice. The rooms were not really clean. Full of dust. The hotel in general is run down. Maybe it was 4 stars 10 years ago.

The room, breakfast, hotel match the room rate we paid. Overall stay was acceptable.
There was contruction at the main street infront of the hotel during our stay.
Not much choices of food nearby.
There were small local shops selling drinks and snacks and mcd within 5 minutes walking.
